Kanika Chauhan

Kanika Chauhan has a diverse range of work experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition. Kanika'smost recent role was as a Recruiting Lead - Tech at the company On starting in October 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Talent Acquisition, Europe at On from March 2021 to October 2023.

Before joining On, Kanika worked at N26, a global online bank, where they held various positions including Senior Recruitment Manager from September 2020 to February 2021, Recruitment Manager from August 2019 to September 2020, Tech Recruitment Manager from September 2018 to July 2019, Recruiting & Employer Brand Manager from November 2017 to September 2018, Teamlead Tech HR from June 2017 to October 2017, and Tech Talent Manager from February 2016 to May 2017.

Before their time at N26, Kanika held the position of Recruitment Manager at Makers.do and iconpeak from February 2015 to August 2015. Kanika also worked as a Freelance Recruiter at Cross Border Talents from December 2014 to February 2015.

Kanika's early career includes experience as a Junior HR Manager at GMR Group from May 2012 to October 2014, and as a Management Trainee at GMR Energy Ltd. from May 2011 to April 2012.

Kanika Chauhan earned a PGDM in Human Resources from Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH) from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed a B.A. (Hons.) in Economics from St. Bede's College, Shimla from 2006 to 2009.
