Kasia Kosieradzka has over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Kasia currently holds the position of Head of Talent Acquisition (EMEA and Strategic) at On, where they lead a high-performing team of 4 and manages the end-to-end recruitment process. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Strategic Recruiting and Talent Acquisition Lead at On, where they were responsible for talent sourcing, market mapping, and leading a team. Before joining On, Kasia worked at Swisslinx as a Senior Tech Recruiter and at Experis Switzerland as a Tech Recruiter. Kasia also has experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner at EPAM Systems and as an IT Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist at Misys. Kasia began their career as an HR Intern at ING and later worked as an HR Specialist at Orange.

Kasia Kosieradzka completed a Master's Degree in Psychology at Uniwersytet SWPS from 2004 to 2009. Kasia then pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Counseling Psychology from 2019 to 2020 and another Postgraduate Degree in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy from 2020 to 2022 at the Institute of Integral Psychotherapy Gestalt.
