Kristi Gu

Kristi Gu has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in product development and operations. Kristi is currently the Global Head of Product Operations at On, where they have been working since December 2020. Prior to this, they served as an Operations Specialist and an R&D Strategy Consultant at the same company.

Before joining On, Kristi pursued their MBA at INSEAD from August 2018 to July 2019.

In previous roles, Kristi worked as the Director of Product Development for Women's Lab & Fast Turn at lululemon from October 2017 to July 2018. Kristi also held the position of Director of Product Development at Derek Lam 10 Crosby from March 2013 to October 2017, and as Director of Product Development for Women's Wovens at Theory from March 2012 to March 2013.

Kristi began their career at HELMUT LANG in 2007, where they held various roles including Production Manager, Director of Product Development for Cut and Sew & Denim, Product Development Manager, Product Development Coordinator, and Product Development Assistant. During this time, they gained valuable experience in the fashion industry.

In addition, Kristi worked briefly as a Freelance Graphic Designer for International Intimates Inc. in October and November 2007.

Kristi Gu received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from INSEAD in 2019. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2007, they attended Washington University in St. Louis where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Design.
