Head Of Design Direction at On

Lorena Dähler has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lorena began their career as a florist at Blumenhaus Unterstrass / Nordheim in 2003 and later worked at Real by Christian Felix and Martin Grossenbacher Blumen. In 2015, they transitioned to the design field and joined Sitio as a designer, specializing in the intersection of design, art, and professional craftsmanship. Lorena then moved on to work at On, where they held several roles. Lorena started as a product design intern and later became a designer, leading various design projects including apparel design, color palette creation, and special edition shoe design. Lorena's role at On then evolved to become the Head of Design Accessories and CMF, where they oversaw and art directed all design projects in the PAD vertical, as well as guiding the CMF team. Currently, in their role as Head of Design Direction, they are responsible for shaping On's perceived future product appearance and leading the accessories design team. Overall, Lorena has proven expertise in design direction, team leadership, and developing design strategies.

Lorena Dähler's education history includes the following:

- In 2022, Lorena obtained a 500-hour certification as a yoga instructor from Shivakali.

- In 2021, they completed the Chopra Meditation Enrichment Course from Chopra.

- In 2019, Lorena became a certified yoga teacher with a 200-hour program from Planet Yoga, specializing in Vinyasa Flow and Yin.

- From 2012 to 2015, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrie- und Produktdesign (Industrial and Product Design) at FHNW/HGK.

- In 2014, Lorena participated in an exchange semester at WDKA Rotterdam.

- Lorena completed their vocational school-leaving certificate in Art and Design from GBMS between 2010 and 2012.

- Lorena began their educational journey as an apprentice in floristry at Blumenhaus Nordheim from 2003 to 2006, earning the qualification of Floristin mit eidg. Fachausweis.
