Navalayo Osembo possesses extensive experience in leadership and management within the athletic and humanitarian sectors. As the Director of Africa at On, Navalayo drives strategic initiatives across the continent. Previously, as Co-Founder and CEO of Enda Athletic, Inc., and Director of the Enda Foundation, Navalayo contributed significantly to promoting athletic development. Additionally, Navalayo held roles at the United Nations OCHA as a Programme Management Officer and as an Associate Project Management Expert with the United Nations, demonstrating a strong commitment to humanitarian efforts. Navalayo’s academic credentials include a graduate program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2021-2022 and a certification from Learning Tree International in 2016.
