Noa Perry-Reifer

Noa Perry-Reifer has held various roles in human resources and organizational development throughout their career. Noa served as the Chief People Officer at On since September 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Goldman Sachs as an Executive Director - EMEA HR Business Partner and in Talent Development - Human Capital Management from December 2013 to September 2017. Before their time at Goldman Sachs, they were an Associate Consultant- Organisation, Change & Leadership Consultant at Booz & Company from November 2012 to December 2013. Additionally, they served as an HR Business Partner at Marvell from December 2010 to August 2012. Noa also gained experience as a Learning & Development Professional and an Organizational Development Intern at Niram Gitan Group from February 2010 to December 2010, and from December 2008 to February 2010, respectively.

Noa Perry-Reifer completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Business at Reichman University from 2007 to 2010. Noa then pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior Studies and Business at Tel Aviv University, from 2010 to 2012.
