Patrick Knuchel

Patrick Knuchel has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Patrick currently holds the position of Head of Logistics & Sales Operations, EMEA at On since January 2024. Prior to that, they were the Operations Lead EMEA at On from July 2022 to February 2024. Before joining On, they worked at Touchless Biometric Systems as the COO from January 2021 to July 2022 and as the Head of Operations from January 2019 to January 2021. Patrick also served as a Product Manager at Touchless Biometric Systems from May 2016 to December 2018. Patrick started their career at IWC Schaffhausen, where they held positions such as Product Manager Technics from January 2014 to April 2016 and Junior Product Manager from November 2012 to December 2013.

Patrick Knuchel obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling & Accounting from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW in 2012. Patrick then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management from the University of Rochester and the University of Rochester - Simon Business School in 2019-2020. Additionally, Patrick Knuchel completed an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) in General Management from the Rochester-Bern Executive Programs. In 2021, they also obtained a PMP - Project Management Professional Certification from proPM-P.
