Ben Lundgren

Ben Lundgren has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Ben is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at On Target Laboratories since April 2023. Prior to this, they were the Executive Vice President, Commercial Operations at the same company from January 2021 to April 2023. From January 2019 to January 2021, they held the position of Vice President, Marketing and Business Development at On Target Laboratories.

Before joining On Target Laboratories, Ben worked at Ethicon, Inc. from 2014 to 2019. Ben held various roles at Ethicon, including Senior Director, Global Strategic Marketing - Endocutters from June 2018 to January 2019, Director, Thoracic Specialty Marketing from November 2014 to May 2018, and Director, Marketing and Strategic Partnership from July 2014 to January 2015.

Ben also has experience working at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson from 2007 to 2014. During their time there, they served as Director, Business Excellence and Commercial Lead from May 2012 to July 2014, Project Leader, Global Strategic Marketing from June 2010 to May 2012, and Senior Manager, Global Strategic Analytics from July 2007 to June 2010.

Earlier in their career, Ben worked as the Manager, Business Development at NCH from September 2003 to July 2005. Ben started their career as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from January 2001 to January 2003.

Ben Lundgren earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University, where they studied from 1995 to 2001. Following that, they pursued further education at The Wharton School, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing and Finance from 2005 to 2007.
