Jan Kuhlmann Andersen

Jan Kuhlmann Andersen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the biotechnology and diagnostics sectors. Since September 2016, Jan has served as Chief Operating Officer at BioPorto Diagnostics A/S and BioPorto A/S. Jan has also been Chairman of the Board of Directors at CytoVac A/S since 2014. Previously, Jan held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Chr. Hansen Animal Health from 2007 to 2016 and was an Advisory Board Member at Københavns Universitet for Biology and Animal Science from 2013 to 2015. Jan's earlier roles include General Manager at Nalge Nunc International and Vice President at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Jan holds a PhD in Biotechnology and a Master of Science in Cell Biology and Immunology, both from the University of Copenhagen.
