Fiona Conway (She/her)

Fiona Conway has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and positions. Fiona is currently the Director of Operations at On the Beach since August 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Non-Executive Director at Novus Strategy & Consulting Ltd and as a Director/NED/Consulting/Leadership/Transformation at FJC Consulting Ltd.

In 2022, Fiona held the role of an Associate Non-Executive Director at East Cheshire NHS Trust and later became the Director of Regulatory Implementation at Sopra Steria Financial Services Limited, where they worked until August 2023.

During their career, Fiona also worked at Santander, where they held the position of Director of Retail & Business Banking T&O until May 2022, and previously as the Executive Director of Customer Operations and Service Delivery from March 2013 until May 2022.

Before joining Santander, they held leadership roles at A&L PLC as the Head of Mortgage Customer Operations in 2007, and earlier at Alliance & Leicester as the Head of Mortgage Direct Operations from 2005 until 2007.
