Olivia Forrester - O'Neill has a strong background in customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing. Olivia's career began as a Marketing Executive at Global Event Management from September 2012 to March 2013. Olivia was responsible for marketing and PR for various events, including festivals, conferences, and corporate events. Their duties included liaising with marketing representatives, writing editorial content, creating press releases, managing social media, website management, and creating partnership opportunities.

Prior to entering the marketing field, Olivia gained experience as an Intern Assistant/Editorial Assistant at Shape Magazine from January 2012 to July 2012.

Olivia's work experience also extends to the finance sector, where they served as a Relationship Manager at Royal Bank of Scotland from August 2011 to February 2012. In this role, they oversaw the development of money market linked bonds, liaised with managers, restructured processes, and drafted customer letters.
