Simon Howarth

Simon Howarth currently serves as the Data Protection Officer at On the Beach, focusing on data protection frameworks and implementing processes such as DPIA, LIA, and RoPA while also developing AI policies. Previously, Simon held the position of Director at The Information Edge for over two decades, offering expertise in information governance and compliance assurance. Additionally, Simon worked as a Radio Broadcaster and Regulator Liaison for Beat 103, where involvement included broadcasting compliance and hosting a new music show. Simon earned a Master of Science in Health Information Governance from The University of Edinburgh and possesses earlier educational experience from Liverpool and high school completion.
