Dr. Aly Goldstein, PsyD, MBA

Dr. Aly Goldstein, PsyD, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dr. Aly is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at On the Goga since October 2021. Prior to this, they held the positions of VP of Organizational Development and Director of Organizational Development at the same company, where they focused on co-creating and delivering well-being programs using positive and organizational psychology research.

Before joining On the Goga, Dr. Goldstein worked as a Consultant at various organizations and as the Owner of Agate, LLC, an organizational consulting and psychological services company.
