Cody Soberanes

Cody Soberanes has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition. Cody started their career at DHR International in 2012 and 2013, where they held intern roles as a Research Intern and Associate Intern respectively. In 2014, they joined Theranos Inc. as a Recruiting Coordinator & Sourcer. Since then, they have been working at ON24, starting as a Recruiter in 2015 and progressing to roles such as Sr. Global Talent Acquisition Partner, Director of Talent Acquisition, and currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition. Cody is responsible for driving talent acquisition strategies and delivering insights to drive revenue growth in the sales and marketing platform for digital engagement.

Cody Soberanes completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance from Canisius University from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Monte Vista High School from 2006 to 2010.
