Erin Bonnette

Erin Bonnette is an experienced professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and behavioral support services. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at OnBrand24 since August 2021, Erin previously worked as a Registered Behavior Technician at Autism Behavioral Institute and Fusion Autism Center, as well as held roles at Benchmark Human Services, where responsibilities included providing support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Erin's early career included roles in retail and customer service at Putney Food Co-op and TJ Maxx. Erin holds an Associate's degree in Human Services from Community College of Vermont and is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management at Southern New Hampshire University, expected to graduate in May 2025.
