Linda Zheng

Linda Zheng is an experienced research and development manager currently at Once Upon a Farm since July 2022, following a significant tenure at General Mills from July 2015 to July 2022. At General Mills, Linda held roles including R&D Scientist II focusing on external brand expansion and Senior Food Technologist for Annie's, where over 25 products in various snack categories were developed and renovated. Linda's early career at Annie's Inc. began as a Product Innovation Food Technologist, supporting the development of diverse snack products and conducting sensory studies. Linda holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
