Natalie Nguyen has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Natalie started their career as an Assistant at Danang Beach Villa, specializing in short-term rentals and villa management services. Natalie effectively communicated with guests and provided assistance throughout their stay.

Later, Natalie worked as a Supervisor at Vietnam Backpacker Hostels, where they collaborated with senior management to ensure a positive and friendly attitude from front-desk staff. Natalie also supported team members in handling guest requests and complaints to achieve positive outcomes. Additionally, they were responsible for training staff on the hotel's products and policies and developed the ability to remain calm in busy situations.

Currently, Natalie is a Customer Success Manager at STQRY, a feature-rich app building platform for museums, parks, and attractions. Natalie works independently in their time zone and provides 24-hour support to clients and prospects through Drift and Zendesk. Natalie's role involves facilitating the use of the platform to help deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Natalie Nguyen obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Auditing from Hue College of Economics, completing their studies from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications. In December 2019, they completed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test N4 offered by the Japan Foundation and Japan Educational Exchanges and Services. Furthermore, in October 2019, they successfully took the Test Of English for International Communication conducted by IIG Vietnam. In November 2019, Natalie obtained the Conversational Marketing Certified certification from Drift.
