Tiffany Shuler has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Tiffany started their career at CIT as a Collections and Client Liaison, where they established relationships with major department stores and operated as a client liaison to retail vendors. Tiffany then moved on to the Behavioral Health Agency, where they served as the Corporate Office Manager, overseeing the daily functions of payroll, human resources, benefits administration, and client and personnel records management. After that, Tiffany joined Primary Care Solutions, Inc. as a Program Manager, responsible for managing the operations of enhanced programs and an outpatient therapy program, including client intake, discharge, client records, utilization management, and quality. Currently, they work at Sharenote - Therapy Brands as the Billing Operations Manager, leading billing operations and resolving denied insurance claims for healthcare providers. Tiffany's work experience showcases their expertise and skills in billing operations, program management, and office administration.

Tiffany Shuler obtained their Associate's Degree in Administrative Support Technology from Danville Community College. Tiffany pursued higher education at Liberty University, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
