Sebastiraj Arulanandu is a seasoned software development leader with extensive experience in various roles within the financial and communication sectors. Currently serving as a Software Development Lead at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020, Sebastiraj previously held the position of Director - Global Head for BPM pre-sales at Virtusa from January 2016 to September 2020, overseeing all BPM-Pega presales and consulting activities. Prior experience includes senior architectural roles at Lloyds TSB and FedEx Services, as well as BPM-related positions at MasterCard and Level 3 Communications, where responsibilities encompassed team management and business process optimization.
