Niroop Sadanand

Niroop Sadanand, MBA, M.S, CSM, currently serves as a Manager at OnCore Consulting, LLC, where responsibilities include overseeing quality assurance processes within CAPMAN and enhancing product and service quality through effective QA methodologies. With extensive experience as a Sr Consultant at both OnCore and Trinity Technology Group, Inc., Niroop has contributed to the automation and integration of Medi-Cal payment systems for millions of beneficiaries as well as the largest managed care payment system in the nation. Prior consulting roles at Accenture, Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Intralinks, and Verizon involved developing performance test strategies, setting up testing environments, and communicating with development teams to ensure quality deliverables. Niroop holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from the University of Bridgeport and M.S. degrees in Project Management and Engineering Management from Harrisburg University and International Technological University, respectively.
