Christopher Platt

Christopher Platt has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Christopher started their career at Mahe Restaurant in 2007, where they worked as a Manager, Server, and Bartender until 2017. In 2015, they joined Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits as a Chains Territory Manager, responsible for overseeing established chain grocery store accounts. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Chains District Manager, overseeing merchandisers and ensuring execution standards were met. Christopher then transitioned to the role of On Premise Sales Representative, where they managed accounts, collected payments, and maintained relationships with buyers while pursuing new business opportunities. In 2020, they joined Westward Whiskey as a Market Manager, a position they held until 2022. Currently, they work as an Area Sales Manager at Onda.

Christopher Platt obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development and Family Studies, General from California State University, Long Beach. In addition to their degree, they have also earned several certifications, including WSET Level 1 Award - Sake from WSET Wine & Spirit Education Trust in August 2019, Introductory Sommelier Course from COURT OF MASTER SOMMELIERS, AMERICAS in July 2018, WSET Level 2 Award - Wine & Spirits from WSET Wine & Spirit Education Trust in September 2017, and Hospitality and Beverage Specialist Certification from the Society of Wine Educators in June 2016.
