Doreen Ndishabandi

Doreen Ndishabandi serves as the Senior Director and Global Chief of Staff at One Acre Fund since March 2016, previously holding various leadership roles including Chief People & Partnerships Officer and Chief of Staff for Rwanda. In these positions, Doreen has developed and led teams in Government Relations and Internal Communications, identified operational risks, and communicated strategic policy goals to support program growth. Doreen's earlier experience includes serving as a Community Health Educator with Peace Corps, and contributing to projects at The World Justice Project and Youth Action Africa Inc. Doreen holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in International Relations from Tufts University.
