Raffi Vartkessian

Raffi Vartkessian is an experienced operations leader currently serving as Head of Operations at ONE since May 2022. Prior to this role, Raffi held various positions at Apple, including Head of Business Operations for Apple Pay, where operational excellence was established through process automation. Raffi also contributed as a Senior BPR Manager in Worldwide Sales Operations, facilitating business process re-engineering and overseeing a team. Previous experience includes managing sales initiatives at The Clorox Company, project management at Genentech and Johnson & Johnson, and serving as Chief Operations Officer at GE Holdings, where substantial business growth was achieved. Raffi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Management Information Systems and Accounting from San Jose State University.
