Paloma Ibañez

Paloma Ibañez is the Interim Executive Director at One Arizona. Paloma has dedicated their career to supporting teams of change engineers and delivering a quality product to nonprofit and business clients. Ibañez is a strong believer in the power of storytelling to make the world a better place.

Ibañez started their career at Inspire Arizona, where they served as Program Coordinator. During their time at Inspire Arizona, they were responsible for training and onboarding new staff members, developing partnerships with state and local government agencies, nonprofits, and schools, and implementing new systems of program planning and evaluation. Ibañez was proud to work with a team of student leaders who registered more than 1,700 new voters at their schools.

In June 2016, Ibañez left Inspire Arizona to join Javelina as Director of Client Services. at Javelina, Ibañez continued their work supporting teams of change engineers to deliver a quality product and provide an exceptional experience for clients.

In September 2018, Ibañez left Javelina to join One Arizona as Interim Executive Director.

Paloma Ibañez has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies with a focus in Sustainability, Community, and Biocultural Diversity from Northern Arizona University. Paloma also has a degree in Graphic Design from Pima Community College.
