Principal Systems Engineer at One Big Circle Ltd

Harry Bach has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Harry started their career as the Head of Research and Development at Findlay Irvine, where they led the development group and worked on projects such as a road surface friction tester and designs for the Astute Class Submarine. Harry then joined Mint System Ltd as a Sole Engineer, where they designed and developed a bedside epilepsy monitor and a portable charge cradle for vibration monitoring equipment.

Harry also served as the Chief Technology Officer at NetThings, a startup focused on Internet of Things products and services for monitoring and control within buildings. Harry successfully delivered the NetThings Platform and two products for district heat control and energy monitoring in new build sectors.

In addition, Harry worked as the Design and Operations Manager at Reactec Limited, where they designed an embedded monitoring device (HAVmeter) for measuring operator exposure to vibrating hand tools. This product achieved over £1 million in sales in its first year.

Other notable roles include Principal Engineer at STL Tech, Engineering Director at Sensor Driven Ltd, Principal Electronics Engineer at D-Tech Rotary Steerable, and Product Development Manager at Quarch Technology.

Harry currently holds the position of Principal Systems Engineer at One Big Circle Ltd.

Harry Bach obtained their B/Eng degree in Electronics from Anglia Ruskin University, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Harry further pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Software Engineering from University College Cork, attending from 1998 to 1999.
