Steven Aldrich has an extensive background in personal development and ministry. Since August 1973, Steven has been affiliated with One Challenge, currently serving in the role of Lifeworkx, where a four-step self-awareness experience is implemented using assessments like the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory and StrengthsFinders. As the Founder and President of the organization since June 2003, Steven emphasizes self-discovery and unique personal narratives through tailored experiences. Additionally, Steven contributed to Pulpit Rock Church from 1992 to 2015 as Missions Pastor and Outreach Ministries Pastor, overseeing church outreach initiatives. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Christian Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Diploma in Missions/Christian Education from Moody Bible Institute.
