Michelle Shadinger

Michelle Shadinger has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent position being Human Resources Director at One Community Health Sacramento since January 2023. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at the same company from July 2021 to February 2023. Prior to joining One Community Health Sacramento, Michelle served as a Human Resources Manager at Pacific Parks Landscaping from November 2020 to July 2021. Michelle also held the role of HR Manager at Royal Electric Company from October 2013 to November 2020. Michelle's earlier career includes a long tenure at Pacific Coast Companies, Inc., where they progressed through various roles, including Benefits Assistant, HRIS Analyst, Compensation Analyst, HR Generalist, Payroll Manager, and Sr. HR Generalist from October 1995 to October 2013. Additionally, they served as the Team Lead for Volunteerism at the Sacramento Area Human Resource Association from January 2007 to December 2010.

Michelle Shadinger obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Phoenix. Michelle attended the university from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they also acquired a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in June 2022.
