Senior Director of Cloud Operations at One Door

Jeff Rudolph has extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Jeff began their career in 1996 at Intel Corporation, where they served as an Engineering Manager for nearly 18 years. Within this role, they led teams, managed projects, implemented change, and oversaw labs both domestically and internationally.

In 2011, Jeff co-founded Arcon Media, LLC, a startup focused on creating an internet platform for videochat interactions between users and professionals in various industries. Jeff held the position of Co-Founder/Technical Director and was responsible for the development and management of two websites, Helpdelphia.com and Faithchats.

In 2014, Jeff joined Carbonite as a Program Manager, working with the backend server engineering team. Jeff took on various roles within the company, including Group Program Manager and Engineering Manager. In these positions, they led multi-project cross-geo Scrum teams, collaborated with product managers and UX leads, and played a key role in driving the development activities of the company.

During their time at Carbonite, Jeff also contributed to the transformation of the company's operations through the adoption of DevOps practices. Jeff grew the Operations team from ten to forty members and implemented automated CI/CD pipelines in data centers and public cloud platforms. Jeff leveraged configuration management, orchestration, secret management, and source/artifact management tools to achieve this transformation.

In 2020, Carbonite was acquired by OpenText, and Jeff transitioned into the role of Senior Director of Operations, DevOps. Jeff focused on implementing DevOps philosophies to transform Cloud Operations at OpenText.

Most recently, Jeff joined One Door in 2022 as the Senior Director of Cloud Operations. In this role, they collaborate with the CTO to oversee IT, InfoSec, and Cloud Operations. Jeff is responsible for supporting IT initiatives, including employee laptop support, subscription management, security awareness training, and budgeting. Additionally, Jeff owns the Information Security policies and works to identify and close gaps through scanners and external pen tests.

Jeff Rudolph's education history begins with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering from Purdue University, which they obtained from 1992 to 1996. Jeff then pursued higher education at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University, where they earned two degrees. From 2000 to 2002, they completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Systems, and concurrently obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration.

In addition to their formal education, Jeff Rudolph has also acquired several certifications. In December 2020, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from PeopleCert. Furthermore, in April 2020, they earned the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft. This demonstrates their dedication to continuously enhancing their skills and staying up-to-date with relevant industry knowledge.
