Sam Grimley

Sam Grimley is a dedicated legal professional currently serving as a pupil at One Essex Court since May 2023, following experience as a legal assistant at Keating Chambers. Previous legal exposure includes participating in mini pupillages at esteemed chambers. Beyond law, Sam has an extensive background as a freelance musician, performing as a session musician with notable artists like Tom Jones and Ed Sheeran, and serving as a musical director at Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club. Additional achievements include producing and presenting a documentary for BBC Radio 4. Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of York and advanced legal qualifications from BPP and the University of Oxford, currently pursuing further legal studies at The Inns of Court College of Advocacy.
