Hachem Soueidan has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles.

Hachem started their career as a Site Consultant at Khatib & Alami in 2016, where they worked for three months. Later that year, they worked as a Design Engineer at Lead Mark for six months.

In 2017, Hachem worked as a Site Engineer for Engineering & Building Co. EBCO(BITAR) for two months.

In 2018, they joined the Norwegian Refugee Council as a Social Worker and remained there for a year.

In 2019, Hachem began their research career as a Graduate Research Assistant at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Institut für Wasser und Gewässerentwicklung. Hachem worked there until March 2020. Hachem then moved to the Bundesanstalt für Wasserbau as a Data Analyst for the entire year of 2020.

From September 2019 to September 2021, Hachem worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the DVGW Research Centre at Engler-Bunte-Institute (EBI) of Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).

In 2021, they worked as a Graduate Data Analyst at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from January to July. Later that year, they joined the University of Kassel as a Research Associate in November and worked there until June 2022.

Currently, Hachem is employed at one • five as a Technical Manager since June 2022 and will be transitioning to the role of Technical Lead in April 2023.

Hachem Soueidan has a diverse education history. Hachem obtained their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Lebanese American University, where they studied from 2011 to 2016. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Water Science and Engineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) from 2019 to 2021.

In terms of additional certifications, Hachem Soueidan achieved the status of a Beirut Marathon Runner in December 2017 through the Beirut Marathon Association.

Hachem has also explored areas beyond their academic focus. In 2021, they briefly studied Environmental Engineering Technology/Environmental Technology at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). In 2022, they embarked on a course in Blockchain and Crypto Management at the Gritnova Global Campus.
