Alan Ballard

Alan Ballard, PMP, currently serves as Supervisor of Environmental Health Safety at ONE Gas since May 2021. With extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management, Alan previously held various roles at Halliburton from August 2012 to February 2020, including HSE Supervisor and Project Management Advisor, where responsibilities included project startup advising, HSE standard implementation, audits, incident investigations, and personnel training. Prior to Halliburton, Alan was HSE Manager at Western Petroleum, Inc. from April 2006 to July 2012, focusing on HSE execution and compliance during a period of rapid growth, and also served as Regional Market Manager and Sales and Marketing Specialist. Alan Ballard's educational background includes studies at Metropolitan State University of Denver and California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
