Justin Jonas has extensive work experience in human resources. Justin has held various roles throughout their career, starting from their early experience at Starbucks where they worked as a Shift Supervisor, Assistant Store Manager, and eventually Store Manager. After that, they moved on to Greystone Health Network, where they worked as a Human Resources Manager and later as a Regional HR Consultant. In these roles, they handled a wide range of HR tasks, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits enrollment, and retention practices for a large number of employees. Justin also managed Worker's Compensation claims, provided HRIS support, coordinated employee appreciation events, and ensured proper handling of FMLA. Justin then transitioned to CommuniCare Health Services, where they served as a Corporate Recruitment Manager and later as a Corporate Human Resources Manager. In these positions, they coordinated recruitment efforts across multiple states, provided training and support for HR managers and recruiters, and oversaw the onboarding process. Most recently, Justin worked at Columbus Springs as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, where they focused on building a positive culture, recruiting and hiring staff, and onboarding and training new employees across multiple locations. Justin is currently employed as the Regional Human Resources Director at One GI, where they manage day-to-day HR operations, ensures compliance with laws and policies, and implements employment-related programs. Overall, Justin Jonas has a strong background in HR management and has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of human resources throughout their career.
Justin Jonas received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from The Ohio State University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.
