Celeste Bell-Catnott

Celeste Bell-Catnott has extensive work experience in various roles within the property management and facility management fields. Celeste is currently working as the Head of Business Support & Strategy at One Housing since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Regional Head of Property North London & East Anglia at Metropolitan Thames Valley from 2018 to 2021. Celeste also worked as the Regional Property Manager South London at Metropolitan (housing with care and support) from 2017 to 2021. Before that, they worked as a Business Improvement Manager at Interserve in 2016. In 2015, they served as an FM Service Support Manager at NHS Property Services Ltd, where they oversaw contractors and managed on-site facilities for multiple sites. Celeste began their career as a Facilities Manager at Interserve Support Services in 2009.

Celeste Bell-Catnott completed their education in facilities management and occupational health and safety. In the year 2012 to 2013, they attended the British Institute of Facilities Management, where they obtained a degree in Facilities Management. Prior to that, in 2011, they studied at The National Examination Board in Occupational Safety & Health, specializing in Occupational Health and Safety.

In addition to their education, Celeste also holds additional certifications. Celeste completed the Directors Development Programme Accelerator from In Professional Development (InPD) in February 2023. Celeste is also a Legionella Approved Person, although the institution and exact details of this certification are not provided.
