Hilary Judge

Hilary Judge has over 30 years of experience in human resources, starting as an HR Assistant at Marie Curie Cancer Care in 1986. Hilary then worked as an HR Officer for the London Borough of Tower Hamlets from 1989 to 1997. From 1997 to 2002, they served as an HR Manager at Lewisham College, where they supported managers in various HR cases and managed restructures. Hilary then joined The Hyde Group in 2002 as an HR Advisor, handling complex HR issues and supporting the restructure process. Hilary eventually became the HR Manager at The Hyde Group, working with divisions to achieve effective HR objectives and implement relevant terms and conditions. Hilary joined One Housing Group in 2011 as the Head of HR, where they worked strategically to align the HR service with organizational objectives and provided guidance and coaching to managers in complex HR cases.
