Rupert Dowson

Rupert Dowson is an experienced Commercial Property Manager currently overseeing a portfolio of approximately 150 commercial properties at One Housing, where responsibilities include managing an annual rent roll exceeding £3 million, lease negotiations, account management, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Prior to this role, Rupert held various positions at Kingsdale Property Limited, including Commercial Property Advisor and Customer Accounts Advisor, as well as a Property Consultant role. Earlier in their career, Rupert served as a Research Executive at Cardinal Research. Rupert holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from The University of Sheffield and A Levels in Economics, English, French, and Maths from Shrewsbury School.
