Head Of Service Transformation at One Housing

Sandra Williams has a strong background in service transformation, customer engagement, and valuation team management. Sandra has worked as the Head of Service Transformation at One Housing Group since April 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Customer Engagement Manager (Insight) at One Housing from April 2017 to 2020. Sandra also worked at The Rent Service as the Valuation Team Manager from November 1990 to September 2008, and at East Thames Group as a Rent Officer from August 1987 to November 1990.

From 2005 to 2006, Sandra Williams attended Barking College, where they pursued a CMI Level 5 Diploma in Business Administration and Management.
