Pablo Fuentes

Pablo Fuentes is the Vice President of Engineering at One Inc, having previously held leadership positions at Synchrony and Liberty Mutual Insurance. At Synchrony, Pablo led the Fintech portfolio and drove a SAFe Agile transformation within the organization. At Liberty Mutual, Pablo focused on delivering digital insurance products and scaling market expansion across multiple regions. Earlier roles include Director of Engineering at Cigna, where Pablo managed international digital transformation efforts, and Director of Software Engineering at Fidelity Investments, overseeing the development of B2B and B2C financial solutions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Université de Montréal and a Master of Business Administration from Pittsburg State University, expected in January 2026.
