Ella W. currently serves as a Talent Partner at One Medical, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Ella W. worked at Nike from April 2019 to May 2023 as a Senior Creative Sourcer, focusing on developing a diverse talent pipeline for various product creation and design teams, while also collaborating on DEI initiatives. Notably, Ella W. contributed to the Serena Williams Design Crew as a finalist for the Just Do It Maxim Award. Earlier experience includes a role as a Creative Recruiter at 80Twenty, where recruitment strategies were developed for clients like Apple and Google, and project management positions at West Coast Industries and Gorilla Circuits, managing significant accounts and improving operational efficiency. Ella W. holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from San Jose State University and completed a Visual Design program at General Assembly in 2018.
