Van Pham

Van Pham has a diverse work experience in the fields of employer branding and talent acquisition. They started their career at Talentnet Corporation, where they worked as an Associate Consultant, handling vacancies in the tech, banking, and manufacturing sectors. They also had the opportunity to participate in the Talent Trainee Program. Later, they joined PIXTA Vietnam Co. Ltd. as a Tech Talent Acquisition Officer and then moved on to become a Senior Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Officer. Currently, Van Pham is working at One Mount as the Employer Branding Lead, focusing on digital talent attraction strategies such as social media management and recruitment campaigns.

Van Pham has a Bachelor's Degree in International Business English, which was obtained from Vietnam National University, Hanoi, between 2011 and 2015. In 2022, Van Pham attended Employer Branding College, where they earned a Certificate in Employer Brand Leadership through the Accelerate program. Additionally, Van Pham has obtained various certifications, including "Employer Branding for Talent Acquisition" and "Modern Marketing with Seth Godin" from Udemy, as well as several certifications from LinkedIn, such as "Learning Data Analytics: 1 Foundations" and "Learning Personal Branding." They have also completed an intensive training course in Employer Branding from Talent Brand Vietnam.
