Jennifer Hawkins

Jennifer Hawkins is the President & Executive Director at ONE Neighborhood Builders, a position they have held since 2015. Prior to their current role, Jennifer served as the Associate Executive Director at ONE Neighborhood Builders from 2011 to 2015 and Deputy Director at Madison Park Development Corporation from 2009 to 2011. Jennifer began their career in 1999 as the Director of Housing and Operations at Breaking Ground (formerly Common Ground).

Jennifer is a dedicated housing professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Jennifer is passionate about their work and has a proven track record of success in affordable housing development, real estate finance, and community revitalization. Jennifer is a strong leader and effective manager, with a deep commitment toONE Neighborhood Builders' mission of building strong, healthy neighborhoods in Providence.

Jennifer Hawkins has a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from New York University with a focus in Nonprofit Management and also has a Bachelor's degree from Connecticut College in Political Science and Government.
