Grace is the Assistant Director of Community Innovation & Strategy. With nearly ten years of experience working in and in service to communities, she has led strategy and special projects across the philanthropic, nonprofit, and government sectors. Born and raised in southwestern Pennsylvania, Grace is a proud Rhode Island transplant. Previously, she served as a Senior Program Associate at the Richard King Mellon Foundation in Pittsburgh, PA and as a Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School Government Performance Lab. She got her start in community-based work as an AmeriCorps volunteer and has continued to volunteer at nonprofits focused on food access, parks, and community space. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Public Policy at the University of Michigan.
