Conor Roberts

Conor Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to the present. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Tutor of Political Studies at The University of Auckland. From 2006 to 2007, they served as the Co-president of the New Zealand Union of Students' Associations. Following that, they worked as an Account Manager at Pead PR from 2007 to 2009. Conor then became the Campaign Manager for the Len Brown for Mayor Campaign from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Auckland Council as the Chief Advisor to the Mayor, a role they held until 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as the Manager External Relations at Todd Property Group Limited. Conor then joined Spark New Zealand as the Head of Public Affairs from 2013 to 2016. After that, they became the NZ Communications and Public Affairs Manager at MYOB from 2016 to 2019. Most recently, starting in 2019, they served as the Senior Communications Strategist at NZ Super Fund until 2022. Currently, Conor Roberts holds the position of Head of Corporate Affairs at One New Zealand, starting in October 2022.

Conor Roberts completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at The University of Auckland from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in Political Studies from the same university between 2002 and 2005.
