Ashley Kappa

Ashley Kappa has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ashley is currently working as the Human Resources Director at One Off Hospitality Group since May 2023. Prior to this, Ashley was the Business Owner of Clean Plate Club Chicago starting from June 2015. Ashley also served as the Human Resources Director and Administrator at Fry the Coop from March 2020 to May 2023. Previously, they worked as a Catering Coordinator and Salesperson at Dos Toros Taqueria from April 2019 to March 2020. Ashley's experience also includes being the Administrative Manager at The Roost Carolina Kitchen from May 2015 to April 2019. Ashley started their career as a Food Truck Manager at Valentina Food Trucks from June 2012 to April 2015.

Ashley Kappa completed their education at the City Colleges of Chicago-Harold Washington College from 2018 to 2020. There, they pursued a degree in Human Relations Management with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, in 2008 and 2009, Ashley attended DePaul University, where they studied International/Global Studies, although they did not obtain a degree from that institution.

In addition to their educational background, Ashley obtained a certification as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in July 2022 from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
