Marcus Beale

Marcus Beale is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the CFO recruitment sector, currently serving as a Partner in the CFO Practice at Leathwaite since April 2024. Previously, Beale held the role of Partner and Global Head of the CFO Practice at ONE SEARCH, where responsibilities included establishing and developing the global CFO practice. As Managing Director of the Leadership Practice and Chair of the CFO Practice at Drax Executive, Beale significantly grew the CFO practice by seven times. Beale's career also includes notable positions at Odgers Berndtson and Penna, where leadership in CFO recruitment was a focus. Additionally, in early 2020, Beale undertook a career break to participate in the Talisker Whiskey Atlantic Challenge, raising significant funds for Macmillan Cancer Support. Beale's career began at KPMG as a Senior Auditor, followed by roles in finance at Cable & Wireless Worldwide PLC and Michael Page. Beale holds a degree in Finance and Law from the University of Leeds.
