Heather George

Heather George has been the Vice President of Human Resources and Facilities at One Technologies since July 2013. In this role, they are responsible for the strategic and operational plans for the Human Resources department, as well as the administration of HR policies and programs. Heather also oversees the company's payroll administration and employee benefits.

George has extensive experience in developing and managing employee training, leadership and development programs. Heather is also responsible for maintaining a progressive and proactive compensation and benefits program that motivates and incentivizes employees. In addition, they advise on responses to unemployment claims and EEOC complaints and supervises the facilities team.

George has been with One Technologies for over 8 years and has played a vital role in growing the company into the successful organization it is today.

Heather George has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in Marketing. Heather also has a certification from the HR Certification Institute in SPHR.

They work with Duane Bell - Chief Financial Officer, Carlos Medina - SVP, Operations & Business Development, and Jonathan Burr - Chief Technology Officer. Their manager is Jamie Schultz, CEO.
