Patricia Blanco

Patricia Blanco is an experienced professional in employee retention and human resources, currently serving as Employee Retention Manager at One World Direct since June 2021, where responsibilities include sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding new employees for the California distribution center. Previously, Patricia worked as a Beachbody Independent Coach and held various roles at Popular, including Project Coordinator and Business Analyst, where significant achievements included overseeing the successful completion of a Project Management Development Program and optimizing processes for the Individual Lending Services Division. Patricia's early career includes a position as Communications Specialist at Coca-Cola Puerto Rico Bottlers and an internship at Boeing Commercial Airplanes, focusing on HR practices. Patricia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Human Resources from Universidad de Puerto Rico and participated in an International Student Exchange Program at Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio.
