Katie Hodgetts FRSA is an accomplished leader and advocate for social and environmental change, currently serving as a One Young World Ambassador and a member of the Meaningful Business community. As the Executive Director and Founder of the Resilience Project, Katie oversees a network of over 100 individuals and facilitates nature retreats while managing operations and partnerships. Additional roles include being a public speaker for Women and Climate, a member of the Ingka Young Global Leaders Forum at IKEA, and a former COP26 UNFCCC UK Youth delegate. Katie co-founded Bristol Youth Strike 4 Climate and introduced a wellbeing initiative within the UK Youth Climate Coalition. With a strong educational background in International Relations and Development, Katie has previously worked with organizations such as Collectively.org and Friends of the Earth Europe.
