Luise Sonja Lauber

Luise Sonja Lauber is a seasoned professional in enterprise policy and communications, currently serving as Senior Enterprise Policy and Controls Manager at Novartis since August 2015. In this role, Luise leads the implementation of policy and control processes, enhancing efficiency and governance while fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams. Luise has also held various positions within Novartis, including Policies Manager and Communications Associate, contributing to internal communications and project management. In addition, Luise is an One Young World Ambassador and has been involved in journalism as a Writing Assistant for Badische Zeitung. Luise holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Digital Marketing from Hochschule für Wirtschaft FHNW and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communication.
