Vice President, Spend And Governance at Advanced

Chris Holmes has a diverse work experience, starting in 2004 with a role as a Strategy and Policy Analyst at Centrelink. Chris then worked as a Business Analyst at Cordelta from November 2007 to September 2008. Chris later joined Jumbo Squid Productions as the Managing Director for iOS Development, leading a team in developing iPhone applications. In 2007, they also served as a Project Manager consultant for the Department of Defence, overseeing the upgrade of the Learning Management System. Chris became involved in the public sector with the ACT Government in 2011, serving as an eLearning Consultant for ACT Health's Enterprise Business Intelligence Solutions division. Chris also worked as a Clarity Architect and Change and Project Management Consultant for the Department of Innovation, Industry, Science and Research. Chris's most recent roles have been with Portt and Advanced, where they worked as the Co-CEO and Founder of Portt, and later as the Vice President of Spend Management. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Spend and Governance at Advanced.

Chris Holmes attended the University of Newcastle from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance with a focus on International Economics and Banking. Chris also holds a certification as a PRINCE2 Practitioner from the Office of Government Commerce.
