Nicole Kayode

Nicole Kayode has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Nicole has held positions at various companies, including Advanced, NHS England, 10 Downing Street, Medixus, Yege Ltd, CDC Group plc, Kïdo Education, Verve Software, Lantum, and AlphaSights.

In their most recent role at Advanced, starting in 2023, Nicole serves as the VP Health & Care, leading the product and clinical teams and being responsible for product leadership and innovation.

Prior to that, from 2021 to 2023, Nicole worked at NHS England as the Deputy Director of Digital Transformation - Product & Platforms, where they contributed to product strategy and leadership, as well as digital transformation projects.

During their time at 10 Downing Street from 2021 to 2023, Nicole was part of the inaugural cohort of the No. 10 Innovation Fellowship. Nicole worked as a Deputy Director of Health, focusing on product strategy and leadership, digital transformation projects, and collaboration with key stakeholders in the UK's health and research ecosystem.

From 2016 to 2023, Nicole was the Founder & CEO/CPO of Medixus, a peer-to-peer case discussion and medical data insights platform for healthcare professionals in Africa.

Nicole also had roles at Yege Ltd as a Director & Product Consultant from 2019 to 2022, at CDC Group plc as the Head of Product from 2019 to 2020, at Kïdo Education as the Global Head of Product - Technology from 2018 to 2019, at Verve Software as a Product Manager from 2017 to 2018, at Lantum as the Head of Implementation & Product Lead from 2016 to 2017, and at AlphaSights as an Associate - Private Equity from 2015 to 2016.

Overall, Nicole has demonstrated their expertise in product strategy, leadership, digital transformation, and innovation across various industries, including healthcare, technology, finance, and consulting.

Nicole Kayode holds a Master in Science (MSci) degree in Natural Sciences with a focus on Biomedical Science and Organic Chemistry from UCL. Nicole also completed a Product Management program at General Assembly in 2017. Prior to their higher education, Nicole attended St. Michael's Catholic Grammar School for their high school education. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained a Registered Yoga Teacher certification in 2018 from Yoga Alliance.
